Join MOTA's Government Affairs Committee Chair Kallie Moy, OTD, OTR/L, for an in depth explanation of the legislative changes coming to the Minnesota Health Care Programs Rehabilitation Services in 2026.
Minnesota OTPs should attend this session to understand recent legislative updates, including the inclusion of occupational therapy within the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services setting, and what this change means for practice and client access. We will discuss next steps and continued advocacy efforts.
