Event Description:
The aim of this discussion is to explore continence care in older adults from an OT perspective. We will use a discussion-based format to identify current practices, common challenges, and practical strategies OTs are using to support continence across a variety of settings. Participants are encouraged to bring their own questions, case examples, and resources to share with the group. Together, we’ll identify useful tools, exchange ideas, and consider how we can strengthen our role in this area of care. This SIG is appropriate for generalist OTs as well as OTs working in pelvic health.
